Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of deckpro.studio (the “Service”). By accessing the Service — whether as a deck or dock builder with an account or as a homeowner designing a deck or dock — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

deckpro.studio (DeckPro Studio) is operated by Onda Labs LLC, a United States limited liability company.

deckpro.studio gives deck and dock builders 3D designers, automatic material order sheets, and branded proposals, plus homeowner-facing deck and dock designers that contractors share from their own link.

Estimates, takeoffs, and 3D models are planning aids, not a binding quote. Quantities and pricing are approximate and must be verified against local building codes, site conditions, and current supplier pricing. The contractor — not deckpro.studio — provides the actual quote and contract for any work.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

When you submit a design through a contractor’s link, you consent to deckpro.studio sending your design and contact details to that contractor so they can follow up with you.

When you download a plan from a free 3D deck or dock designer, you give deckpro.studio your email address and the design you drew. We don’t email you about it unless you ask us to. If you ask us to introduce you to a builder or a supplier, you consent to us sharing your design and email address with the one business we introduce you to. Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no reselling the Service without our written permission.

You may not use the Service to build, improve, or market a product that competes with it. Specifically, you may not — yourself or on someone else’s behalf:

• use the Service to copy, study, or benchmark its features, interface, designs, or outputs in order to build, improve, or market a competing product or service;
• reproduce its sizing logic, order sheets, pricing data, 3D models, or written content, except as part of using the Service for your own projects and customers;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract its source code or underlying logic, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the Service, or anything it produces, to train or improve a machine-learning model or other software; or
• open an account or start a trial if you develop, or work for a company that develops, deck, dock, or other construction design, estimating, or takeoff software, unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.

Using deckpro.studio alongside other tools is fine — this section is about building a rival product, not about which software you choose. We may suspend or close an account that breaks this section without notice or refund, and we keep every other remedy the law gives us.

Contractor subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any price change.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. deckpro.studio is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor and is not responsible for the work, quotes, or conduct of any contractor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, deckpro.studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
