Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of deckpro.studio (the “Service”). By accessing the Service — whether as a deck builder with an account or as a homeowner designing a deck — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

deckpro.studio gives deck builders a 3D deck designer, automatic material order sheets, and branded proposals, plus a homeowner-facing designer that contractors share from their own link.

Estimates, takeoffs, and 3D models are planning aids, not a binding quote. Quantities and pricing are approximate and must be verified against local building codes, site conditions, and current supplier pricing. The contractor — not deckpro.studio — provides the actual quote and contract for any work.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

When you submit a design through a contractor’s link, you consent to deckpro.studio sending your design and contact details to that contractor so they can follow up with you. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no reselling the Service without our written permission.

Contractor subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any price change.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. deckpro.studio is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor and is not responsible for the work, quotes, or conduct of any contractor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, deckpro.studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
