deckpro.studio (“deckpro,” “we,” “us”) provides software for deck builders, including a homeowner 3D deck designer that contractors share from their own branded link. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

When you design a deck through a contractor’s link and request an estimate, we pass your design and contact details to that contractor, who then handles your inquiry directly. For that inquiry, the contractor is the business responsible for following up with you.

Homeowners using a designer link: the name, email, phone, project address and ZIP you provide, plus the deck design and any notes you submit.

Contractors with an account: name, company, email, phone, and billing details (payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

Automatically: basic usage and log data, device/browser information, and essential cookies used for sign-in and security.

To deliver your design and contact details to the contractor whose link you used; to operate, secure, and improve the service; to process billing for contractor accounts; and to provide support and respond to you.

With the contractor whose branded link you used. With service providers that run the platform under contract — hosting and edge security (Vercel, Cloudflare), database (Neon), email and SMS delivery, and payments (Stripe). And where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), and access is restricted to what’s needed to run the service. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. If you submitted a design to a contractor, you can also contact that contractor directly about their copy of your inquiry.
